Without any doubt the impressions are great but the customer service is pathetic. I will still give it 5 stars because of the quality and 1 star for the customer support team. They sent me a perfume bottle that don't even spray. The spray thing does not work. You guy's should always double check the bottles before sending the order. The reply that I got from your customer support rep was "Sir aap isse kisi bh perfume ki shop par le jayen wo isse theek kar denge" like seriously is this my job? Ma shop se he jakar perfume khreed leta na ghr baith kr online is liye nahi order diya tha mainy.
